Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notification Process

Counter-Notice Response
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward a copy to the original complainant
- We will inform them that we will restore the content within 10-14 business days
- We will restore the content unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or block access to users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
